Hitesh is an MBA (Finance) with honor’s in Merchant Banking, Corporate Finance & Project Management, degree in PG DBM (Finance) with honor’s in Business Statistics & Financial Management and CSA and CLSB from the USA.

With his expertise in the field of appraisal of businesses with virtual tools like risk and safety management, assistance client’s in obtaining working capital, price negotiation, working capital assessment, consolidation of multi bank financing, Project management and financial advice, affiliate marketing and certain other financial assistance essential to any organizations working…he has framed the vision and mission of the company.


S. Padmanabhan

Padmanabhan is a seasoned banker who has been in the Finance and Banking industry for over 30 years. He has handled corporate banking client relationships, a CFO for international banks, managed the retail banking business in key markets across the Middle East, South Asia and Africa.

An MBA from UK, he specializes in creating and implementing retail banking and product strategies for his clientele. A leader, advisor and constant support to the team, he has guided the company in business management and analytics. He is a key player in driving the company’s prospects and has successfully migrated the operational and organizational skills across various industries.

His passion to deliver quality results through a combination of product innovation and marketing techniques allows him to offer solution for every obstacle at hand.

Kavita Saxena

Kavita Saxena has over 15 years experience in the field of relationship development and credit assessment of long term and short term requirements of SMEs and Corporates. She manages the Indian operations by strategizing financial plans, directing the clientele towards short-term and long-term goals and facilitating the business in the country.

Her role involves execution of mandates involving the arrangement of working capital and loan facilities for SMEs in the India & UAE, coordinating with clients for collection of all relevant documents and information as well as assisting in the preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum and all other necessary documents.

Her expertise in Financial Administration helps her break-down every issue presented by the client by simplifying it for the ease of operation. Her attention to detail, proactive client management and ongoing review of business ensures we maintain a loyal client base at all times.

Yeshwanth Raj Parasmal

Yesh is a young and enterprising Social Entrepreneur committed to usher a change in the field of education whilst contributing to the policy-making and capacity building of institutions. An MBA in Education Management from the University of Southampton, UK, and over 17 years experience, he has made an immense contribution to the education landscape of India through his entrepreneurial venture Strategum Eduserve Pvt. Ltd.

His passion is to develop Schools, Colleges and Universities in Tier 2 & 3 towns of India with an intent to bring affordable / quality education to ensure that a child’s life becomes meaningful and relevant. He is also involved with managing quality CBSE schools in economically backward areas like Chhattisgarh and Assam.

He played a pivotal role in establishing a private university – ISBM University in the tribal block of Churra, Chhattisgarh. At the same time, he has also established Asia’s first cinema and media University – AAFT University of Media and arts. Yesh has conceptualized, planned and executed more than 50 projects across India successfully.

Anam Shaikh

Anam, a certified Chartered Accountant is an integral part of ROI and deals proficiently with Taxation (direct or indirect), Company formation matters, VAT, GST, MVAT return, service tax return, profession tax return, tax audit, tax planning, TDS, preparing financial statements, Project reports preparations etc.

Anam is instrumental in preparing & executing the due-diligence report for M&A, and also handled independent audit to many PSU’s Banks and Multi-national companies.
